The Educatorium lies in one of the oldest cities of Twente. It’s housed in a 17th century building called “het Ambachtshuis”. It’s shown in a clear and organized way how schools were back then in the time of our grandparents. The “Rijksmuseum Twente” is a museum of older and modern art. Though the museum is specialized in 18th centry and todays art. The collection of paintings gives an wide picture of medieval times all the way up to Impressionism. The collection of modern art grants a view into the Dutch art of the 20th century.
